Diodonopsis erinacea

This is an awesome miniature that does very well mounted, though can also be placed terrestrially/ grown potted if provided with enough root aeration (orchid mix in the area where placed in a vivarium). The flowers resemble a Masdevallia's, but are much smaller and fuzzy!
