Temperate White Springtail Culture

Springtails are one of the essential microfauna species for a healthy vivarium! Unlike pest springtails, these are a species that lives on mold and fungus- they do not damage plants in any way. They are best cultured over wet horticultural charcoal, and can be fed an occasional pinch of brewer's yeast or fish food flakes.
